Pen and ink sketch on tracing cloth of proposed Civil War monument, Ulster County, New York, showing a statue of Victory with bas-relief of cannon crew at base. Also, an enlarged reproduction of bas-relief in charcoal; and an alternate design for eagle instead of Victory, on tracing cloth. Monument bears the words, "In Memory of the Men of Ulster County, New York who fought for the Union 1861-1865."
